I attended the Japan Java User Group Cross Community Conference (JJUG CCC) in Tokyo last weekend. The event had 485 developers and 40 speakers. I did a community session on career building for developers, which was nicely attended, and I got some really excellent questions and feedback from the attendees. Here are some images from the event.
